Business Analyst - MS Dynamics (M9)

- 6 month Business Analyst contract
- Must have Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
- Work across multiple small projects great team and environment

THE ROLE

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who has proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience from through implementation through to support.

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO BE CLIENT FACING WITH A CONSULTATIVE APPROACH AND PROVEN BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE SUCH AS;

- Gathering and documenting Business Requirements.
- The ability to engage business stakeholders at different levels including working across different levels of IT stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of agreed client requirements
- Maintain document templates according to our client guidelines advising of best practice where appropriate
- Document client requirements from both a business and functional viewpoint

MUST HAVE SKILLS

- 5+ years Business Analysis experience
- Must have proven experience in working with MS Dynamics CRM
- A high level of analytical and problem solving skills
