Business Analyst/CRM/Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Requirements gathering/Stakeholder management

One of my clients is currently looking for an experienced business analyst to join a great project to roll-out a CRM solution (system and processes) globally. As a business analyst you'll be the bridge between IT and the business while ensuring the interests of both.

As a MS Dynamics CRM Business analyst you'll be responsible for:

-Gathering, analysing, and describing business requirements and translate these into CRM solutions
-Design and implement CRM solutions
-Collaborate closely with developers and testers

To be considered for the MS Dynamics CRM Business analyst position you must have:

-Recent CRM experience within a MS Dynamics CRM implementation
-In depth understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product
-Experience working in complex environments
-Experience with stakeholder management
-Excellent communication skills in English

This is a fantastic contract opportunity with the likelihood of multiple extensions.
