Business Analyst - MS Dynamics CRM

A leading NZ retailer is seeking a talented Business Analyst with experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to join a high performing project team. As the successful candidate you will work closely with the Project Manager, Stakeholders and Vendor to develop a comprehensive picture of the businesses requirements, to deliver an all new CRM solution.

Joining household name and local New Zealand success story, you engage with Microsoft and a highly capable delivery partner to radically transform the use of technology in day-to-day operations.

To be successful in this position you will:
* Possess demonstrated experience as a BA on technical transformation projects.
*Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Demonstrate the ability to excel in a team environment and be capable of autonomously delivering work within strict timeframes
* Possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with end-users at all levels of the business
* Demonstrate experience providing high quality documentation to business and technical stakeholders

Experience working as a Project Manager is considered highly advantageous. As will knowledge and experience working on B2B Business Portals. This role will be offered initially as a 6 month contract with optional extension.
