Business Analyst - Mortgage Reconciliation - Banking - Bristol

Bristol based Retail Bank are seeking a Business Analyst/Reconciler to act as a central resource for reconciling customer financial transactions to general ledger control accounts. Primarily responsible for maintaining assigned reconciliation & identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Responsibilities include - - Ensuring the integrity of general ledger reconciliation control accounts.
- Ensure compliance to documented retail finance standards.
- Input to related finance projects as required, ensuring issues/concerns are identified and addressed.
- Ensure appropriate financial control processes are implemented around reconciliation processes.
- Assist in implementing Finance Data Reconciliation policies.
- Input to ad-hoc finance projects.

The successful candidate will need to have strong experience of Reconciliation projects, ideally experience of Mortgage systems, strong MS Excel skills, financial controls awareness and strong organisational skills.
