The Business has recently launched a tier 1 programme with the objective of developing a range of important business products in the following portfolios: Data, Voice, Mobile and Fixed Mobile Convergence. Mobile Billing experience.

The role purpose is to support product development by defining

- Comprehensive and effective process, methods and procedures to enable our customer channel to sell and support the product.
- Associated requirements 

NATURE AND SCOPE

- Clear business processes, methods and procedures are critical to ensuring
- Our sales and customer care channels can operate and support customers who buy our products.
- Quality customer journeys and satisfied customers. 
- That eB and technical resources are utilised in an effective manner. 

The process designer must have the ability to:

- Work to tight timelines
- Deliver on time
- Deliver complete and accurate process/requirements that are signed off by stakeholders
- Tackle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise work based on external factors
- Manage multiple stakeholders (often with competing views) and achieve buy in
-Communicate progress to the customer and MANAGE THE CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS
- Provide leadership to business community

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Delivery of complete and accurate analyses, approved and signed off by relevant stakeholders
- Delivery of complete and accurate processes, methods and procedures.
-Manage processes/requirements through SOLUTION, TEST AND DELIVERY
-Communicate changes to the customer and MANAGE THE CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS
- Collaborates with the business and technology to advise on optimum design
- Fully understands business strategy and needs
- Have a good knowledge of telecommunications products.
- Ability to understand complex products quickly and to glean appropriate information form SMEs
- Proactively suggest new ideas and methodologies
- Ensure effective communication is employed to keep business, technology and key project stakeholders up to date
- Provide expertise in the areas of business/data analysis and drive business process change where necessary
- Drive quality through accurate process definition and data mapping
- Lead the design of business solutions to ensure maximum effectiveness of process integration across vertical applications
- Management of external parties as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with ISO20000
- Align with eircom Group culture and values to drive the customer ethos, vision, mission and culture of the organisation to ensure successful growth and retention of its customers.

ROLE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS

- 5 years hands on capturing, development and implementation of business analysis and process definition
- Understanding of the business/market application of range of information and communications technologies
- Business Process modelling and Use Case analysis
- Strong presentation (PowerPoint/Word/Visio skills)
- Good organisational, presentation, and 5 years customer service facing skills
- Able to working in high ambiguity situations and confidence in own ability to figure it out when the way is unclear
- Excellent organisational, presentation, and customer service skills
- 5 years experience minimum at mapping complex business requirements into use cases and call flows.
- Proven business case creation of complex technical scenarios in Telecom industry
- Demonstrated business problem solver
- Process modelling and Use Case analysis
- Visio expertise.
