Business Analyst Migration/Service Management
Our client, an international financial services company, is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst with multiple years of experience in the financial environment. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a professional Business Analyst to work within a dynamic and international business environment.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stakeholder analysis and requirements engineering.
- Elicitation, analysis, documentation, support prioritization of, specifying, managing and communicating requirements, describing processes & use cases and propose improvements, ensuring a common understanding between Business/Stakeholders and IT/Project.
- Capturing the interface requirements arising from the migration of various Legacy tools (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) to ServiceNow.
- Working with the Dependent project streams in the ServiceNow delivery project to facilitate the migration into ServiceNow.
- Contributing to a reduction of implementation risks by delivering high quality requirement specifications.
