Business Analyst - MiFID2

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Core-Asset Consulting's client, a leading investment manager, has an opening for a Business Analyst with MiFID 2 experience to join their Edinburgh team on an initial six month contract. The successful candidate will have strong regulatory and investments knowledge.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

- Regulatory & Investment Knowledge and ideally MiFID2 experience.
- Other Regulatory experience across recent Regulation impacting the Buy-side or associated Sell-side activities
- Pertinent Business Knowledge of some of the areas impacted by MiFID2
- Front Office Processes knowledge
- Good knowledge of the Asset Management front to back Investment process
- Client and/or Investment Product knowledge
- Knowledge of Financial Instruments and the Markets/Platforms they are traded in ie FI, Equity, Derivatives, etc
