Business Analyst - Mifid II - Contract

The MiFID II Business Analyst will report to the MiFID II Programme Manager:

- Produce the full Fixed Income and scope of MiFID II Transaction Reporting to the FCA and AMF, via daily upload through to involvement co-ordinating of Steering Committees.
- Via direct use of an in-house system, closely monitor reporting message feeds sent to the GTR (Global Trade Repository), promptly resolving any issues, ultimately ensuring that our EMIR and DFA reporting obligations are fulfilled.
- Produce ad-hoc regulatory reporting requirements (BoE, BdF, ECB, FED & other industry or regulatory bodies) and key performance indicators to monitor the production of such reports
- Review functional specifications, internal requirements, provide gap analysis.
- Actively engage other Middle and Back Office Operational teams to ensure that all forms of Regulatory Reporting is transferred to the Regulatory Reporting Factory in line with Regulator request.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of MiFID II
- Experience with MiFID, EMIR, Dodd-Frank
- Hands of Business Analysis Experience
- Understand Liquidity and Full Trade Flows
- Broad understanding of regulatory change iniatives
