BUSINESS ANALYST (MIFID II)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking BUSINESS ANALYST to join the bank's Group Data Business Change in Switzerland within the Wealth Management IT stream of the MiFID II program:
The Group Data organisation is a critical enabler to the various business and logistics functions across the Bank, providing a central source of reference data (including Client, Account, SSI, Instrument, Issuer, Pricing, Calendars and Regulatory Data) to those functions. Group Data combines the previously separate Data Service Group and Data IT groups, into a joint team with the capabilities to provide market leading Service Delivery and Solution Delivery capabilities for Reference Data across the Bank.
Within Group Data, the Solution Delivery team is responsible for setting the Data strategy and delivering the reference data related organisational, process and technology change across the Bank globally, working closely with management, the business and other areas.
For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Conduct data analysis and assess current flows against MiFID II requirements
- Drafting of Business requirements specifications and facilitate sign off with key stakeholders
- Maintain central data dictionary for the MiFID II program
- Design and documentation of Target state processes/product flows plus overlay with impacted systems
- Liaise with stakeholders within Business, IT, Compliance and Legal and capture into a detailed requirements document
- Support the development of Functional requirement designs of impacted systems, working closely with IT and cross-functional teams
- Testing new functionality/documentation of UAT scenarios/UAT testing
- Attend test defect meetings & support defect resolving
- Support stream lead in following up/project management tasks
You must possess:
- 5+ years of Business analysis, Quality Assurance and/or Test Management experience is a must
- MiFiD II experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
