- This requires tangible and hands-on skills in Business Analysis, process- and/or change management, as well as knowledge of related methods and techniques
- Ability to deal with confidential information and be compliant to strict governance rules
- Knowledge of Banking sector
- Experience with working in a complex organization
- At least 5 years experience

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- Business Analyst, Process and Project Management
- Save & Invest product and services knowledge
- Commercial experience
- Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / MS Project, Outlook,…)

Preferable
- Mifid knowledge is a plus
