Business Analyst - Middleware & Banking

Topics of the Engagement would be Implementation of a new HR System, Migration of Compliance Systems, Implementation of a general Integration Layer.

Must have:

Understands how a bank works, especially personal loans, credit card processes and data architecture

Understands SOA and Web Services

Understands XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP and WSDL

Experience SoapUI or similar SOA tool

Experience with compliance processes:
(1) FATCA;
(2) Suspicious Activity Management;
(3) Watch list filtering

Understands process impacts of new solution, identifies process gaps and proposes process adaptation to cover the gaps

Nice to have:

Experience with EA modelling tools (eg Sparx Enterprise Architect)

Experience with Data modelling tools ( eg ER/Studio Data Architect)

Experience with Integration solutions: MQ, ESB, ETL, SFTP

Familiar with user experience and user interface

Experience with HR processes:
(1) Human resources administration;
(2) Payroll;
(3) Goals and performance management;
(4) Compensation and benefit;
(5) Talent management;
(6) Learning
