Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics

BUSINESS ANALYST/MICROSOFT DYNAMICS/SOLUTION DESIGN/CRM

Our client, a leading Banking and Insurance company is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst on a 6 month contract with a high possibility for extension based in Edinburgh.

Key deliverables:

Background

- To further develop CRM and move to MS Dynamics 2015, CRM is sitting on 2011.
- Simplify further developments in later phases
- Align with Microsoft Roadmap

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Validate the business context and vision for CRM within the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 2015
- Document detailed business analysis of the business need and opportunity, business solution and process definition and technical requirement specification to upgrade existing Microsoft Dynamics application to 2015 and implement/configure the 'out the box' mobile integration.
- Ensure all technical solutions meet the business requirements and proactively engage with technology and business SMEs, keep abreast of change in both the technical capabilities and organisational design that may affect the effectiveness of the business benefits/solution adoption.
- Share CRM/industry best practise and Microsoft Dynamics specialist skills and experience to effectively influence business user requirements and technology execution teams to solutions that deliver long term flexibility and easy on-going maintenance/straightforward upgrade path.
- Inspire permanent staff to achieve excellence in CRM/Microsoft Dynamics business solution delivery.
- Work with Testing teams to define testing approach and testing artefacts that test the solution fully to the business functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and foster a climate of continuous improvement in delivering projects, striving for excellence and contributing to the overall development of RBSG

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

- Strong experience around CRM solution design
- Microsoft Dynamics is a pre-requisite
- Ability to coach and guide others
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Change delivery/project life cycle and methods (agile/waterfall) Broad particle experience of CRM solution delivery and support
- Proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workloads and work on own initiative

DESIRABLE:

- Knowledge of RBSG Group operational processes and procedures, Operations and related Technology Experience of working with offshore and third party development teams
