JOB DESCRIPTION

PROFILE: Business Analyst in the Manufacturing Track of the Nessie (SAP) project

MISSION: Main mission is to gather and document the business requirements, develop the test and validations scenario, create the user documentation and associated trainings. Migration of the Oracle Database to a SAP-based infrastructure.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:

He/she will be involved in the roll-out of a new corporate ERP solution.

The mission includes:

- Write and update business processes with a view on the SAP solutions
- Produce detailed mapping of business process with SAP solutions functionalities
- Determine appropriate business transformation and their impacts with respect to the existing organization
- Define tests strategy, scenarios and participate to End Users Acceptance Test
- Participate to training and users documentation

SKILLS:

- Speaking, reading and writing English & French - Trilingual (+Dutch) preferred
- Good listener, analysis and facilitation skills to ensure wide understanding, ability to simplify complex things for wider understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in large IT projects as business or functional analyst
- Strong experience in business process analysis, designing and validation
- Good knowledge of business process including: CRM & Call Center, Manufacturing & Logistics, Finance, Budgeting, AP/AR, ...with specific knowledge in the Manufacturing & Logistics processes
- Specific knowledge in several business processes
- Experience in ERP SAP required (min 5 years, with accent on Manufacturing modules ). Knowledge of ERP Oracle E-business suite is an asset
