The entity "Methods & Organisation Employee benefits" is part of Employee benefits, leader in Belgium in term of supplementary pension & health care.
Introduce here a short description of the mission and context.
This entity is currently developing new processes and/or adaptations of management systems to reach new target regarding the efficiency and the quality of service for our clients.
We are searching a Senior Business Analyst to participate to this evolution.
Objective of the job
° You will have to identify needs and improvements needs and translate them in targets waited.
° You have to manage working groups for optimisation or /and for new developments in process as well as in concerned tools.
° Analyse tasks to do, elaborate an action plan and propose the related organisation to install.
° Explain and follow the specifications developments with IT colleagues.
° Follow up and coordination of processes and correct tool usage by the end users.
° Collaboration with the end users, control of final specifications and validation is one of your tasks.
° Follow up and regular report to the management on planning, budget and waited results.
Mission period
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)
Localisation
Brussels centre.
Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience
Level of education required
Master in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management or equivalent by experience
Language requirement
*Dutch and French, one fluent the other good at least.
English : Good
