Context of the mission
Employee Benefits is leader in Belgium in term of supplementary pension & health care.
The department Methods & Organisation is currently developing new processes and/or adaptations of management systems to reach new target regarding the efficiency and the quality of services for our clients.
We are searching a Senior Business Analyst to be involved in a specific assignment of which the result have to be reported to the top management.
Objective of the job
° You will have to complete a thorough assessment of our business processes related to our communication and this from different angles: communication processes, accessing information, data storing.
° Analyse the assignment, elaborate an action plan and propose the related organisation to the management.
° Follow up and regular report to the management on planning, budget and expected results.
° Collaboration with different kinds of stakeholders, consolidation of information and final validation by the information suppliers.
° Conclusions & recommendations to be presented to the top management.
Mission period
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)
Localisation
Brussels centre.
Required knowledge / Experience
Level of education required
Master in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management or equivalent by experiences.
Language requirement
English : Good
*Dutch and French (One fluent, the other good at least)

° Good interviewing skills
° Good communicator
° Well organised, with priority management
° Good analytic and critical mind, but staying client oriented
° Can organise own work and execute independently with regular reporting to direct manager
