Business Analyst - Marketing and Products (S39)

Brand new opportunity for a Business Analyst with a focus on Marketing and Products. This is a great opportunity for a BA working on a campaign management project.

In order to be right for this position you will have experience in campaign management, marketing execution, targeting specific customers and response management.

You will be responsible for:

- Gathering detailed business requirements and ensuring appropriate documentation
- Ensuring the solution design delivers the best outcomes for the business (reviewing the solution design)
- Raising any issues to the business which may impact the requirements
- Running workshops both within the business and for the customer
- Taking ownership of the System Integration Testing (SIT) (Reviewing and overseeing)

You will need the following experience and understanding:

- Campaign management principles and ideas
- Knowledge of campaign/marketing tools
- Experience in multi-channel marketing
- Campaign reporting
- Customer data management
