BUSINESS ANALYST - MARKET RISK CHANGE
Risk Strategic Change (RSC) supports the business division Chief Risk Officers and the Firm Wide Risk functions with best-in-class services to effectively and efficiently deliver
Change-the-Bank projects. We act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions, at various levels of seniority and across geographical locales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive and coordinate the delivery of Market Risk relevant IT and process changes
Analyse business cases and requirements, propose solutions
Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
IT technical design and implementation.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous business analysis experience in Risk Control
- Familiar with key risk concepts and measures across asset classes
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Motivated and be able to work independently
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient at MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
