BUSINESS ANALYST (MARKET RISK)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking BUSINESS ANALYST. For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
You'll be working in the Market Risk Data Hub IT team. They are a global team responsible for designing, building and maintaining IT solutions to support the Market Risk Control Functions of UBS. They are organized across asset classes which face off to the business and take full accountability for defining and delivering products.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Understand and define business processes that support IT solutions
- Partner with the Market Risk IT teams to help define and deliver their product
- Develop a deep understanding of FRC Portfolio Data
- Take ownership of project deliverables and produce concise solution designs
- Manage the staff of a project team
You must possess:
- Ideally got a University Degree or Masters in IT/Computer Science
- A strong Market Risk background
- Strong Business Analysis skills
- An IT development and architecture background
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
You are:
- A strong Marketrisk Business Analyst with strong background of FRC, that has worked in complex global environments
- Having at least 5 years of experience in IT projects
- Good understanding of Banking products and process, expertise in market reference data, good understanding of VaR &,Stress
- Knowledgeable of Market Risk processes
- Having a good understanding of Banking products and process
