Business Analyst - Managed Market

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BUSINESS ANALYST - MANAGED MARKET to join our client in Wilmington, DE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with vendors, IS counterparts, and key customers while leading the business analysis and requirements specification efforts for key projects, including documentation, test case creation, and process mapping.
- Lead the translation of business requirements into design specifications and appropriate test case and test script development.
- Liaise with Application Developers, Infrastructure Developers and the Support Organization to ensure effective transition and understanding of requirements.
- Provide expert knowledge of business processes, business data, current applications and systems to lead the resolution of issues.
- Lead meetings, including preparing agendas, supporting materials, documentation
- Collaborate with process owners to identify and improve technology based solutions that optimizes the performance, capability and competitiveness of business processes.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 10 years cumulative experience in IS business analysis and/or project management methodologies with at least 7 years of Managed Markets experiences
- Outstanding communication skills: written understanding how to frame interactions appropriately toward the intended audience
- Technical acumen - need not be a developer but exposure to and understanding of key concepts is required (user experience, package software implementations, data modelling, SQL, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and also to identify when to get help

Preferred Background and Knowledge:
- Experience with Revitas Validata and/or Ideal ECP capabilities
- Experience with Revitas and/or Model N capabilities
- Experience at AstraZeneca
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Large scale program management experience
- Cross-functional team experience
- Process re-design experience
