A major international consultancy is looking for a business analyst, preferably with some project management experience to join a technology change team which they are about to install at a global financial institution. This institution has a major office in Sweden which includes the group finance division, group finance is about to go through a major programme of change and this consultancy has won the mandate to deliver it.

The team are looking for an established UK based business analyst who has worked on major change projects as well as within Group Finance functions at major banks or blue chip organisations to move out to drive this change. An element of project management experience would also be good for this role, senior stakeholder management skills are also of high importance as this role is highly client facing at very senior levels within the client.

This is a multi-year project for someone to get involved with right at the start, there are clear deliverables to work towards and the client is heavily committed to the change.
