Currently we are searching for ONE CANDIDATE who is able to cover the following position:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Retail Data Strategy Program, within the customer, aims at the improvement of the organisation wide data landscape and cross-border effectuation of use cases in a rapidly changing and competitive data environment. To create and maintain a strong position, we adhere to the EU GDPR (which will be effective as of May 2018) and other relevant privacy and legal requirements as the lines of the data playfield in the European market. Scaling capabilities through a harmonized vision on Retail Data and executing Proof of Concept in selected innogy markets. Putting the customer in the center and creating relevance in return for the permission to collect and monetize on personal data. Thinking commercially viable instead of feeling threatened by data protection regulations. This program uses an actionable Retail Data Strategy to collaborate in a way that puts use cases, monetization of best practices and PoC’s in the middle of the action. To assure we comply with the EU GDPR framework and regional regulations, the program will address compliance related subjects with an explicit Privacy in Control initiative. As with all digital transformations, business engagement and technological consciousness are key to foster the strategy and keep the execution up-to-speed. A customer wide overview will close gaps & prevent from duplications.

YOUR TASKS:

·       this lead role collaborates with markets, enabling the Retail Data Strategy
·       improve Performance Marketing through clear use case definition and execution
·       play a role in finding and assessing partners for 3rd party data
·       setup innovative data technologies as offered by social providers like Google and Facebook to match customers on DSP's and create lookalike audiences for marketing
·       support the selection and implementation of a DMP
·       harmonise the usage of solution and think out CDP PoC's
·       Start-up initiatives with other segments (renawbles, grid business and Innohub) and see where concepts like a datalake and blockchain bring value within the Retail Data Strategy
·       drive the intergration of the German BI initiative and Intertrust/ Personagraph PoC in the Retail Data Program, while assuring German and international scaling is possible
·       help to deliver, update and evangalise the Retail Data Strategy as a lever for the customer, while showing that benefits and impact are delivered with and by the markets
·       make results clear and useful for buy in and stakeholder management, preferably visually attractive and figure based (e.g. dashboard delivery, KPI reporting and opportunity visualisation)

YOUR PROFILE:

·       Data enablement: support Retail Data strategy
·       ability to address specific Retail Data problems and requirements and have the ability to use this for assessment of technical (data) landscapes: what is present and what is needed to support certain data use cases
·       being able to assess and describe the structure and behaviour of a solution and architecture
·       giving advise and making clear which improvements are needed
·       Scoping and project management: help program and project managers in the design, planning and governance of implementing projects of any kind
·       be able to document use cases, solutions and recommendations
·       lead small proof of concepts and technical teams, where for example the Retail Data environment is developed in a team of employees with different disciplines
·       work in a fast-paced agile development environment
·       minimum of 1 year experience
·       english and german fluent

·       Locations: Den Bosch (20%), Essen (20%), other locations (60%)
