Business Analyst (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Review and analyse requirements from the business as well as identify and assess change needs
- Support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining solutions
- Focus on providing clients with accurate reporting of service and operating level agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze Data, Processes and Business Requirements

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Identity & Access knowledge e.g. recertification requirements
- Div CISO/TISO or TOM knowledge would be beneficial
- Information security know-how
- Database process modeling experience and stakeholder and project management
