-Profound experience as a Business Analyst
-Very deep understanding in business demands and Software setups in SAP
-Strong analytic skills, highly structured, organized
-Fully understand Finance and HR processes in details in order to build an added business value solution
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Strong influential and relationships management skills
