IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Cover the whole analysis phase of a project and design optimal target state business processes, including aspects outside own area of responsibility to ensure target processes are designed and aligned front to back
-Drive data discovery, sourcing, modelling and analytics to support the creation of data flows and models (this includes researching and profiling data sources in data categories of expertise)
-Define complex business, process, usability and data requirements in partnership and collaboration with the users
-Formulate and create complex functional/non-functional specification documentations in close collaboration with engineering teams
-Complete and elaborate complex functional designs in accordance with the defined principles, blueprints, standards, patterns, etc.
-Design and conceptualise new complex business solution options and articulate identified impacts and risks
-First point of contact for development team to discuss technical feasibility and prioritization
-Key contact for other members of the project team (ITPO, PO, ScrumMaster)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experienced in data base technology and data modelling
-Experienced in developing web applications, ideally with the respective tools/frameworks
-Excellent skills to derive functional/non-functional specifications from business requirements
-Ability to act as a point of escalation for team members
-Broad knowledge of related business solutions in the marketplace
-Experienced in agile project environments (scrum project)
-Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organisations, including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
-Excellent communication skills
-Fluent in the German and English language
