For our client in the banking sector in Frankfurt, we are currently hiring a Business Analyst (m/f).

Location: Frankfurt
Duration: in a limited permanent position at Nash direct/Harvey Nash Group for 9 months with option to extend for another 9 months

Tasks:
* Collects, analyses and drafts business requirements based on interviews with internal customers or feature requests
* Defines the functional architecture
* Contributes to the definition of the design and development of business configurations
* Contributes to the definition of test scenarios and cases for business configurations
* Consolidates requirements for standardisation and consistency across the client
* Contributes to the maintenance of the test catalogue
* Executes tests using HPALM
* Maintains an inventory of existing business configurations (such as workflows or reports)
* Participates in the definition of concepts and the functional upgrade and migration strategy of complex Windows based systems and infrastructure based on virtualization
* Defines application/system performance targets based on the business requirements to be used for measuring the systems performance after the go-live
* Contributes to the preparation of the project procurements and with the preparation of the description of the business related work streams
* Assists the project manager in planning activities
* Organises internal workshops and co-ordination of project stakeholders, taking into account the data and information required for this activity and the project schedule based on user-requirements
* Produces hand-over documentation according to client standards

Your profile:
* Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, information system security, or related disciplines
* Excellent command of oral and written English with proven drafting and proof reading ability
* A working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, Visio)
* A good understanding of Information Technology and its current trends
* Good knowledge and hands on experience of Open Text Content Server, or other ECM systems
* Understanding of information management policies
