IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Support the development of a clear project plan and budget for execution of the Geneva remediation, working closely with the programme management team
-Support the project plan, RAIDs, and escalate and report as required to programme management and project governance
-Creation, management, production and accurate dissemination of client communications
-Manage client responses and returns
-Support and QC all redress payment files and management through the payment process including the investigation and resolution of failed payments
-Develop solutions for all exceptional cases and ensure legal, compliance and programme approval
-Be accountable for supporting process mapping activities as well as project administration (including RAIDs, change control and reporting)
-Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of project into BAU
-Create and execute plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
-Support the management of the day-to-day operational aspects of project
-Effectively produce required deliverables and communicate deliverable status on an ongoing basis
-Deliver well-documented, auditable project documentation
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Be adept at managing and influencing people inside and outside the project team
-Ability to build consensus and enable decision making when dealing with complexity and ambiguity
-Strong stakeholder management skills
-Ability to build and maintain relationships
-Experience in the banking field and with regulatory issues
-Excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills
-Demonstrate a strong analytical ability and attention to detail
