IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Be a part of the implementation project for the new Market Risk Management solution
-Analyse and challenge the business requirements and translate them into feasible processes and solutions (Client Requirement Specifications)
-Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
-Ensure proper level of documentation for the business requirements
-Identify and recommend changes in order to increase project result quality and organizational performance
-Analyse interdependencies within the project components and between context projects from technical and data perspective together with project teams, business and IT
-Support and advice the project manager and the implementation team in understanding the requirements and contribute to implementation decisions and effort estimation
-Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
-Deliver expected results in quality, on time and within budget

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Knowledge of banking business models, preferably in Market Risk Management (VaR calculation, Valuation Models, Analytical Tools, Stress- and Backtesting etc.)
-Experience with the design, development, optimization, documentation and implementation of risk management related business processes
-Experience in leading IT solution providers (both internal and external) to deliver specified results
-Analytical skills including the ability to assess and decompose financial service processes
-Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as advanced presentation and reporting skills
-Flexibility and resilience to perform in a fast-pace, innovative environment
-Strong written and oral command of English
