IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Participating in a multi-channel project with the aim to develop business-specific organisational solutions
-Dealing with business to identify their needs in digital area, in order to define the requirements for the development team
-Taking on active role in project delivery and success

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Proven experience and in-depth knowledge as Business Analyst
-Strong analytical skills, ability to learn new processes and new concepts, to link business processes with technical capabilities, to define system requirements
-Clear understanding of the digital process integration in CRM concept
-Good knowledge on eDetailing platform and CRM integration (Agnitio, Veeva, Pitcher, Mobile Intelligence)
-Profound knowledge of SalesForce/Force.com/Adobe CQ5 and AEM 6 platform
-Familiar with the pharmaceutical industry in Europe (standards, legal framework) focusing on digital area (data privacy, opt-in/out)
-Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German and Italian skills would be nice to have
