- Help to analyze user requirements (business process, business rules, data and relationships)
- Lead and conduct interviews with business partners on requirements and processes
- Organize and run business requirements definition sessions with groups of users (also regarding future needs and opportunities)
- Analyze and model relevant business processes. Document “as is” and “to be” processes where needed
- Support software package evaluation
- Define integration and implementation plans
- May oversee integration testing
- Manage user acceptance testing
- Experience in Business Analysis or alike
- Experience in a regulated environment, with GxP and CSV (Computer System Validation)
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Fluent German and English skills
- Driving licence would be an advantage
