Business Analyst (m/f)

- The CMII project aims to harmonize the Cat processes and the related system landscape and to amend the data quality and governance. As part of this initiative a new service oriented environment will be introduced, based on an ESB (Enterprise Service bus) technology and design principles. In the course of the project the services required to support the Cat processes will be developed, as well as a new system, called GEM (Global Exposure Management).
- Analyze requirements and create business requirement documents (BRDs) for All screens of GEM and related business logic

, Names service and Quality Service - Design services and screens described above in close collaboration with IT and support IT with the creation of the functional requirement documents
- Design test cases for the user acceptance test (UAT) of GEM
- Support the UAT of GEM
- Experience with business analysis and application design including proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Screen design and ergonomics skills preferred
- Experience with service oriented design.
- Project experience with ESB architecture preferred
- Able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, regions and functions, including business stakeholders and technical specialists
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented team player
- Extended related business experience, preferably in international environments, (re)insurance knowledge is a plus
