Business Analyst (m/f)

- To analyze and understand the business and user needs of clients and stakeholders, to help identify business problems and propose solutions
- To research, articulate and specify current and future requirements for the marketing users
- To support the project team in understanding and validating user needs by undertaking joint and direct customer interviews
- Assist project team in the support of business case development and in the prioritization and development of scope for a release
- Work closely with the User Experience and Development teams to communicate and clarify requirements and ensure developments meet requirements by providing acceptance
- Provide assistance to the QA team in reviewing test scripts (as required), communicating and clarifying requirements and engagement in the review and prioritization of bugs
- Provide guidance and input into all business models, customer education and support activities, as required
- Commercial and technical knowledge of consumer marketing development processes
- Sound understanding of developing and implementing product development initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience of writing product specifications and requirements/user stories
- Good understanding of working in an agile development environment an advantage
- Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and able to plan, prioritize work with a complex schedule of events and activities
- Strong communication skills in formal presentations and public speaking
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Good leadership skills
- A creative team player with the ability to work on own initiative
