BUSINESS ANALYST LOGISTICS AREA

Our client in the pharma industry is searching for a Business Analyst Logistics Area in Basel to join an interesting project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing incident, service request and change management processes for IT applications of the integrated IT warehousing, material flow and distribution system environment in PharmOps Switzerland (SAP WM (ERP), GISC Labeling and Material Movement Controller)

Support and demand management for the 'SU Process and Logistics Services' concerning application operations and projects (eg warehouse refurbishment, weighing & dispensing)
-

'Translating' business and engineering requirements for IT suppliers to realize IT solutions via changes and projects
-

Investigation, analysis and documentation of all or part of a SAP business in terms of business functions and processes and the information they use.

Definition of requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems
-

Creation of viable specifications in preparation for the construction of information systems
-

Work with business to define business/product requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

-

Experienced IT business analyst with know how in logistics and SAP WM (3-5 years)
-

Familiar and trained on IT processes and tools (eg Remedy on Demand, CARM)
-

MMC know how would be ideal but can be substituted by external supplier
-

English fluent, German is an advantage
