Business Analyst - Liquidity - ALMM - Basel III

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The business analyst will assist the project team to determine and document the functional changes required to support the new regulatory reporting required under FSB Phase II, and Basel 3 Additional Liquidity Monitoring Metrics.

Skills Required

*Business Analyst experience
*Experience in Basel III and/or PRA BIPRU regulatory liquidity reporting requirements.
*Experience in change management projects where objective was to enhance regulatory reporting capability (particularly in the liquidity, COREP or Basel 3 space)
*Good data analysis skills and ability to be hands on on procuring, consolidating manipulating data to support both QIS and test data (both for external parties and UAT). SQL is desirable
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate will be required to communicate clearly and concisely, and depending on the audience (eg business users vs. developers), adapt the communication style
*Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
*Strong attention to detail
*High level of numeracy
*Developed problem solving skills
*Positive contributor to team in terms of ideas and knowledge
*Enthusiasm, drive and ability to work in a very fast paced high performance team
*Cultural sensitivity and awareness to work with a range of people from diverse background and geographies.
