Business Analyst - Life & Pensions - 12 Month FTC

An experienced Business Analyst is required to work with a forward thinking Life & Pensions organisation. They are going through a major business transition and therefore the right individual will be involved in some major areas of change, and have the opportunity to play a pivotal part in their transformation.

The Business Analyst will have a blend of having a proven background as a Business Analyst, acting as the bridge between Business Change and IT, but also have the natural experience, gravitas and seniority to deal with people at all levels of the business.

Requirements:
- Experienced Business Analyst
- Life & Pensions experience preferable
- Ability to document As Is/To Be processes
- Ability to run workshops
- Must interact with people well, from managing senior stakeholders to managing relationships across and down
- Will be involved in redesigning operational processes so must have a sensitive nature and not be gung ho/too aggressive but not a shrinking violet either
- Ability to define and produce business requirements
- Liaise between Business Change and IT
- Business Process Re-engineering
