Business Analyst - Life & Pensions

Hyphen have an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to work for a large FTSE 100 client of ours based in Stirling, Scotland on a 6 month contract

The successful candidate will have strong Life & Pensions experience

BA must be good communicator - dealing with, influencing and challenging Senior Business Stakeholders, SMEs, Technical Designers and other Business Analysts. A number of projects have and will be working in this area so critical the BA can communicate effectively and quickly identify what collateral exists and can be re-used
* Excellent knowledge of pre-retirement and post retirement journey and customer needs
* Annuities product knowledge and ABI OMO code
* Direct to consumer (non-advised) call centre knowledge and change experience
* Some of the work will be simple process re-engineering improvements, however will also involve develop of new processes and business opportunities. Scope will range from detailed analysis re voice analytics, MI and performance, to customer experience analysis
* Understanding of customer service operations would be helpful
* Deliverables will range in format, audience and detail required. Should expect to be able to produce:
o Steering board level updates
o Design options paper
o Process Maps
o Solution designs
o High level requirements
o Detailed requirements
* Must be capable of managing themselves, working both in isolation and as part of a change team
