Due to a new business acquisition this leading financial services company has an immediate requirement for a Business Analyst with Life Insurance experience responsible for the analysis of complex business need/opportunity or problem, justifying the need for change and defining what is required of the business and technology solution by collaborating with the business stakeholders and users, IT and Testing Specialists and external suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and facilitate the analysis of complex business problem and/or opportunity.
- Justify the need for change, including development of the business case
- Define and document what is required for changes to business processes, policies and information systems
- Recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value.
- Lead the definition of requirements and design of new or re-engineered business processes to meet the needs of the organisation through effective engagement of business partners, stakeholders and team.
- Ensure that the recommended solution is aligned to the targeted business outcomes - this includes use of subjective in accordance with the Business Analysis process framework.
