BUSINESS ANALYST - LEEDS

A LEADING UK BANK REQUIRES A BUSINESS ANALYST WITH EXPERIENCE OF WORKFLOW OR PROCESS AUTOMATION TO JOIN A PROJECT BASED IN LEEDS.

You will work on a project aiming to deliver a more consistent customer and colleague experience, as well as a central process management and reporting capability.

REPORTING TO THE LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST, KEY DELIVERABLES WILL INCLUDE:

-

Contribute to the research and analysis of the concepts and ideas and review of existing processes, recommending specific actions
-

Complete process assessments for Localised Automation suitability and then document them accordingly
-

Develop and maintain effective working and influencing relationships with appropriate colleagues

THE FOLLOWING KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED:

BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES

UNDERSTANDING OF WORKFLOW BASED LOGIC AND THE ABILITY TO BOTH UNDERSTAND A BUSINESS PROCESS FROM A WORKFLOW DIAGRAM AND TO CONCEPTUALISE IT AS AN AUTOMATED SOLUTION

STRONG PROJECT PLANNING SKILLS

SOLID END USER COMPUTING SKILLS, EG INTERMEDIATE SPREADSHEET USER OR SIMILAR
