PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME
Our client, a leading UK retail bank require the services of a Business Analyst to implement process improvements within the ICA+/SII production runs and deliver regulatory reporting capability for SII into the Insurance Finance function.
CORE SKILLS
- Lean or Six Sigma (green belt minimum) qualified
- Full change life cycle experience required - Process understanding, requirements gathering, functional solution design, implementation.
- Evidence/experience in delivering and embedding process change into an organisation.
- Experience of business or process analysis within a finance and actuarial function - Financial Reporting processes an advantage
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Regulatory change experience (SII, BASELII)
