Business Analyst - Lean Sigma - Zurich - Banking

On behalf of one of our clients in Zurich Stamford are looking for a Business Analyst with an excellent understanding in the area of Process Engineering. The scope of work includes;

Technical Business Analyst to prepare current processes for automation. Current state analysis; future state design; process documentation; preparation and facilitation of UAT.

The required skills of the project include;

- Deep understanding of process methodologies and efficiency techniques (eg Lean Sigma certification preferable)
- Knowledge of infrastructure services
- Knowledge of operational processes and tools (change, incident, problem, capacity, configuration management)
- Facilitation skills across multiple organizations and across global regions
- Experience in writing and executing UAT test cases

Required skills nice to have:

- Project Management
- Working experience in one (or more) of the following technologies:
- OS: Windows, Linux, Solaris
- DB: Oracle, SYBASE, MS SQL
- Storage: Off line, on line
- Web: general
