A leading retail business urgently seeks an experienced Lean Business Process Analyst to work within the Change Team, embedding Lean processes across all functions of the organisation.

The successful Lean Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Review, evaluate and deliver lean business improvements to some of the key organisational processes
- Managing relationships successful with multiple key business stakeholders
- Up-skilling/knowledge transfer of Lean methodology and processes to members of the Change Team .
- Core business analysis duties including requirements gathering and specification writing, gap analysis

Essential skills include:
- Experience Lean Business Process Specialist
- Experience coaching Lean processes and methodology
- Expert knowledge of Lean tools and principles
- Experienced Business Analyst
- Good project management skills
- Expert stakeholder management
- Very strong communicator
