Business Analyst Lead/Team Lead - global applications environment - New Jersey/New York East Coast USA 1 year contract + extensions
Key criteria and deliverables
*Responsible for leading a team of 3 Business Analyst related to the global implementation of a third party IT application
*Must possess a minimum of 5 years leadership experience of BA teams
*Lead design sessions and workshops
*Gather requirements and negotiate scope
*Ability to quickly gain an understanding on new technology and be able to demonstrate the product
*Work closely with Development, Testing, QA, Change Management and Training teams
*Strong consulting ability, able to manage senior level business stakeholders expectations
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
*Ability to create presentations
*Knowledge of Resource Management applications such as RETAIN or SAP MRS is advantageous
Local New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania based resources preferred but applications from any US based resource accepted.
