Business Analyst/Lead Requirements Engineer

Our client, an international bank in Canton Zurich, is seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST/LEAD REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER to join their FATCA team for an initial 6 month contract.

Reporting to the Lead, the BUSINESS ANALYST/LEAD REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER will be responsible for:

- Supporting the business in its duties through IT support and document it to provide a common understanding.
- coordinate a requirements engineering team, define work packages and assign them
- provide inputs to a first test strategy for the application
- provide input to the Project Manager for prioritizing requirements supports

The ideal BUSINESS ANALYST/LEAD REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER will have the following skills and experience:

- Banking know-how about tax, namely FATCA, Transaction Tax, Final Withholding Tax or European Withholding Tax
- understanding and practical experience of use case modelling (UML)
- A background within software development processes
- experience in using tools like JIRA, Polarion, Enterprise Architect 9.x
- Experience with project management
- Excellent English and German is a must.
