Business Analyst Job

BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Business Analyst with three to five (3-5) years of project and/or business experience.
- Analytical skills, detailed oriented and ability to synthesize complex data into business requirements.
- Understanding of accounting, compliance and contact management systems

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Business Analyst will be supporting strategic initiatives that drive organizational change, enhance the client experience, and align productsperform root cause, trend, gaptypically involves use of data mining and query tools

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Solid understanding of how to quantify and monitor risk within strategic initiatives to determine control effectiveness and efficiency
- Business Analyst with knowledge of Record Keeping Services and with Pension/Institutional/Trust Retirement experience.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Basic understanding of pension annuities, mutual funds and/or financial planning is a plus
