Business Analyst Job

BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a 15 month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Voorhees, NJ.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Microsoft Dynamics Implementation
- Advance SharePoint experience
- PowerPoint and Excel.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Under general supervision, assists in defining and establishing business and end use requirements for new application solutions.
- Works with Project Subject Matter Experts and related networks (such as super user and change partner networks), assisting with requirements, gathering information/analysis, process re-engineering, documentations, testing, implementation and roll out.
- Serves as a primary facilitator for cross team communication (ERP, CRM and ITS) and collaboration. Analyst must be familiarize him/herself with scope, objectives and architecture of each project, gaining a cohesive, detailed and accurate understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics Solution.
- Assist team with flow charts, organizing project related documentation and communications.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Advanced skills on SharePoint use/will be administering the Project SharePoint Site
- Advanced skills on PowerPoint and Excel
- Skills to absorb complex technical and conceptual information, identify key issues and details, present understandable alternatives to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Skills to present information effectively and tailor presentations to a wide variety of audiences
- Project Management Experience to lead a team through project cycles
- Exceptional analytical skills; learning unfamiliar processes, solutioning problems, collaborating with teams
- Skill to prioritize workload and follow tasks to completion thoroughly, accurately and within specified deadlines.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
