Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BUSINESS ANALYST to join our client in Boston, MA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Business Systems Analyst is a liaison between business units who is responsible for translating high level product vision into logical and actionable components.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Three to five (3-5) years business analyst experience
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
- Experience working in agile development environment with demonstrated understanding of scrum principles
- Agile development tool (TFS, JIRA, VersionOne, Rally)
- Ability to create requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
- Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts
- The applicant must have a solid grasp of the product life cycle, understanding the full context of the work at hand in order to facilitate a comprehensive, well rounded solution.
- An effective BA understands how the requirements will be fulfilled from a technology perspective.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Logical and efficient, with fanatical attention to detail
- Experience in an agile environment
- Highly self-motivated and directed
