Business Analyst Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for BUSINESS ANALYST in Bala Cynwyd, PA for an established client of ours that continues to expand quickly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for analysing the bond forms and documenting the details for automation of forms generation and processing
- Gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements.
- Document forms details including forms variables, rules for forms generation, attachment, mailing, etc.
- Collaborate with technical leads, developers, testers and architects in order to manage the requirements and implement the solutions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered and create clear requirement documentation
- Experience writing business and system requirements documents and mapping data and functionalities from one system to another system
- Strong experience and understanding of the software development life cycle
- Strong writing skills, to communicate information effectively to managers, and technical staff
- Strong interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders
- Strong interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential business problem and solution
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
