The role requires deep ITIL knowledge, broad technical knowledge, and the ability to design solutions by mapping customer business problems to reusable end to end process, and process combined with technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in IT and business executive discussions related to availability, agility, business value, costs, security management, disaster recovery, and the value of process in an enterprise environment is required.
SKILLS & EXPERIANCE:
Certified in ITIL Foundations
5+ years experience in implementing ITIL principles and practices in an IT Infrastructure Environment.
Strong experience of implementing and embedding key operational processes
5 +yrs experience using Business ProcessModelling Notation (BPMN) process modelling (tool) & facilitating design workshops
