ICT consultant, Business Analyst (Industry Telco)
We are looking for a consultant with a previous 3-6 years experience in other consulting companies or in companies operating in Telco companies. This position is located in Milan.
The consultant will be part of a large and prestigious consulting company's team covering both program/project management tasks related to ICT international projects of the customer, and supporting management consulting activities in IT strategy aimed at a professional internal growth in SENOVO IT's client.
The ideal candidate has the following requisites:
- University Degree in IT, Engineering or Economics
- Knowledge of the main Program/Project Management tools
- Experience in the Telco industry
- Knowledge of main CRM, POS, Billing and Provisioning processes/functionalities/applications
- Knowledge of ICT architectures supporting Mobile and Data services
- Excellent functional analysis skills
- Excellent synthesis and executive reporting skills
- Excellent knowledge of office automation tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, Access
Further fundamental requisites are curiosity, relational and communication skills.
Essential requisite is fluency in English.
