Business Analyst (IT) with Airline/Airport Experience

PRIMARY SKILLSETS:

Qualifications/Trainings: Degree (BS, BSc, BE, or Eq) in a subject relevant to IT (12+3 or equivalent) from a recognized institute.

Experienceany/all customer journey touch points, predominantly at the airport and onboard but also off-airport.

Everything after the customer has bought the initial ticket.

DCS knowledge is very useful, but so is familiarity with onboard Service Delivery.

EXPERIENCE:

If the candidate is a trained and experienced business analyst then domain knowledge is not mandatory but is very desirable, if the candidate is not first and foremost a trained and experienced BA (eg they may have come out of the business) then domain knowledge is mandatory.

Familiarity with the inner workings of MACS would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

TECHNICAL/SYSTEM SKILLS:

-

An individual that can span the business/technology divide is highly desirable.
-

The individual needs to be able to work alongside enterprise and solution architects, and needs to be able to understand how the architects proposed technology stack will address and deliver on the customers functional and non-functional requirements.

Certifications: Certified Business Analyst Professional is desirable but not mandatory
