Business Analyst - IT Service Management

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BUSINESS ANALYST - IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT for our client in Inver Grove, MN.

Job Responsibilities:
- Requirements Capture and Documentation with a focus on IT Service Management including but not limited to: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management, and Configuration Management.
- Liaises with the IT Service Management supplier to configure the SaaS Tool to meet new requirements as defined by the process owners and application administrators.

Job Qualifications:
- In-depth of knowledge related to Project Management concepts.
- Three to five (3 - 5) years of minimum experience in IT Service capacity.
- Strong elicitation and documentation skills.
